Be swept away reading Sallie’s story of the Kimberley Region. I bet you will want to visit this Australian treasure too!! Or at least pack you bags and leave for an adventurous roadtrip…
“There’s nothing like a road trip and since moving to Darwin 7 months ago, it’s something that I really miss. Darwin’s a long way from anywhere, so I was excited to be setting off in my campervan & heading to Kununurra for Easter.
These road trips make me proud to call Australia home…the landscape, the blue skies and the sunshine and the characters that you meet along the way.
There’s a sense of camaraderie when you take off on a roadtrip. The salute from the steering wheel or the easy conversation with fellow travellers at the servo’s along the way.

A French couple are currently on a big adventure in one of our Campervans. They arrived in Sydney at the beginning of July, purchased their new best friend and set off on the roadtrip of their lives!
First stop is the Blue Mountains, where they got the chance to drive around, test their van and their skills for driving on the left hand side of the road and sight their first kangaroos! After a couple days, they headed back to Sydney and asked us to fix a couple details before they would leave the area, which we happily did, of course.
So it’s after having taken enough pictures of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, experiencing the crazyness of King’s Cross and the sights of Bondi Beach, that they headed off to Lake Macquarie and so on.

You’ve read his story before, but here he is again: Federico. He kindly accepted to write a blog story for us about his personal travel experience and recommendations. So we can get all the details we didn’t get before:
“Few countries in the world are as appealing to travelers as the land down under, where stories of the harsh outback, enigmatic Uluru, aggressive wildlife, cosy koalas and great beaches inspire the imagination of the most seasoned of them. The only drawback about Australia is its size- it’s huge. 90 % of it is uninhabited because of the mostly arid climate, and thus populations have established themselves along the coast, mostly the southwest and along the eastern side; these have become the most common tourist destinations.

Two girls from Denmark rented a Hitop Campervan from us and made their way up the East coast, from Sydney to Cairns. Now, this has been done before, nothing extraordinary, but all that matters is they had the time of their lives!
From the Sydney Opera House to the Queensland beaches, they made it up the coast through May, just in time to escape the cold that has settled in Sydney, and they’re now in gorgeous Fiji.
