Kirsty and Carly are sisters from South Australia who have known each other ever since Carly was born. Their first travel experience was as four and six year olds when their family moved to Japan. At their Japanese school, Carly was constantly surrounded by children attempting to squeeze her chubby cheeks. Being taller than the principal, Kirsty was able to successfully shield Carly from their advances. The girls soon put their unusual looks to good use as child models.

Back in Australia, Carly chose to stay home and concentrate on her sporting abilities, while Kirsty jetted off to both Japan and the USA as a high school exchange student. Kirsty has since travelled solo to over a dozen countries, while Carly’s basketball trips have taken her to places as varied as Hong Kong, Spain and the USA.

Now, for the first time in years, they are reunited as travel partners, prepared to take on New South Wales. They are hoping their passion and determination will make up for Kirsty’s (lack of) reverse-parallel parking skills and Carly’s (uncontrollable) fits of excitement. Look out for them on the road!
