Shenton and Nicola took the time to write to us to share their experience with Travellers Auto barn. They bought a 4WD from us and here is their feedback:

Dear Peter,

I asked Richard for your e-mail address, I know that a big part of your business has to be customer service so we would like to convey the following.

We just want to thank Travellers Autobarn for the great service we have had on our travels. We purchased our 4WD vehicle (Toyota Landcruiser) in Sydney from Richard, the service he gave us was first class, issues with the car were resolved without any drama  giving us the confidence to head for the tip of Australia, at Cape York.

Also we would like to mention John at your Brisbane office he through contact with Richard organised for all issues with the motor to be sorted, he also went the extra few yards to make sure we were satisfied and happy.

We have loved the car and we have managed to fulfil our goals, going both to Fraiser Island and all the way to the tip of Australia! We managed a total of over 8000km.

We want to pass on a big thank you to all your staff and especially Richard and John who made our trip hassle free. We are now in Cairns and Stefan is organising the buyback part of the deal which means our road trip around Oz has really been worth every cent. We would recommend Travellers Autobarn to anyone who is looking for a great deal, great service and more importantly a true Oz adventure.

We have attached one picture from our trip and Stefan has a couple more at the Cairns office. We are leaving Oz tomorrow Stefan has sorted the buy back that took all of 30 mins, so to all at travellers ‘Hasta lleago’ and good luck for the future.
